The One Bukit Senyum project is located in Johor Bahru City Centre and less than one kilometer (km) from the Johor Bahru Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine Complex (Johor Bahru Checkpoint to Singapore), the 11.85-acre site is a mixed development, which is entitled for approximately 6.2 million square feet of new buildings. The Bukit Pelali @ Pengerang project is located five km away from the Pengerang Integrated Petroleum Complex in southern Johor, a 363-acre township. The Company is seeking new investment opportunities and real estate acquisitions.
